WHITE OWL WHISKY™
White Owl retains all the flavors of Canadian Whisky, while adding the cocktail-mixability of a white spirit. The oak flavors are mild and there is no harsh tannin or unbridled spice. Mild whisky aromas of rye and light oak with
a touch of vanilla, honey and a mild licorice background rise in this bouquet. |
WHITE OWL WHISKY™
Spicy, sweet natural ginger and zesty lime flavours join our famous clear White Owl Canadian Whisky- uniting for a smooth refreshing finish. A truly unique experience, delicious in lemonade or “Caesars”.

WHITE OWL WHISKY™
We blend natural ingredients, including vanilla, and rich butterscotch. The result is an even smoother, longer finish, and then
a spicy mix of ginger and cloves (and maybe a touch of cumin). These hot spices are never assertive enough to disturb the essence of the light delicious White Owl Whisky flavour. |
WHITE OWL WHISKY™
With creamy notes of toffee, and soft caramel they accentuate and complement the oak, woody whisky characters of our White Owl. The palate is rich and luscious with a creamy aftertaste that lingers and delights. Over ice, or a with a splash of mix, this clearly adds another unique spirit to your “To Do” list.

WHITE OWL WHISKY™

To our uniquely clear White Owl Whisky we add all natural coconut flavors for a truly unique combination. Being a clear whisky, it then opens up thousands of cocktail possibilities, or, just keep it simple and delicious over ice.

![]() The individuality of each Whisky is born from fine distillation, thoughtful barrel selection and blending unique flavours. A great deal of attention is given to the selection of grains – wheat lends to a gentle sweetness, rye a spiciness, while corn delivers a robust body. Canadian law states that our country’s Whisky shall be aged no less than 3 years. The barrels enlisted for this purpose add another element of complexity to our Whisky.
